Tammy Dusharm has been practicing law since 2006, first representing clients in Arizona until she relocated to Pennsylvania in 2013. Although she opened her own law office after law school, she was drawn to public service. She spent more than eight years as a court-appointed public defender, first in the Mohave County Legal Defender’s Office in Arizona and then at the Franklin County Public Defender’s Office in Pennsylvania. Since leaving public service, Attorney Dusharm has returned to private practice, where she has represented countless criminal defendants charged with all levels of criminal offenses and DUIs, from minor traffic tickets to serious felony charges, as well as represented clients dealing with estate planning and estate administration matters, family law matters, pardons and expungements, and general civil litigation.
